Job Description
We are searching for a seasoned professional with a strong Java background who has transitioned into a leadership role. This position will drive technical aspects across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Java development and architecture, and excellent leadership skills to manage complex technical executions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical delivery for multiple projects/programs.
- Own and oversee technical architecture, conducting design reviews and ensuring solution governance.
- Maintain high coding standards, performance optimization, and scalability across projects.
- Provide expert guidance on the Java ecosystem, including Core Java, Spring, and Microservices.
- Engage and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring their technical needs are met.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, especially in the Java domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical deliveries with business goals.
- Ensure timely and efficient technical execution, meeting project milestones and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Java development, with a strong background in Core Java, Spring, and Microservices.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical deliveries and stakeholder engagements.
- Excellent knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in architecture design and governance, ensuring high-quality technical outputs.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
