Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology Solutions Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and growth of our new and existing technology solutions, with a specific focus on Data and Analytics.
This role bridges technology expertise with marketing strategy, shaping how we communicate innovation, value and insight to customers, partners and internal teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
Experience in growth marketing and integrated marketing campaigns is a must.
The ideal candidate combines an analytical mindset, with strategic thinking and marketing skills to craft clear and compelling narratives about our technology solutions. We are looking for proven track record of launching and/or marketing technology solutions in the US and European markets, particularly mid-sized organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research + work with sales and product teams to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and identify market opportunities.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and central marketing teams to create and implement go-to-market plans, effective sales tools and materials.
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Create and manage marketing collaterals, including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, product videos, and pitch decks.
- Create and manage the marketing budget for the portfolio
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven experience launching technology products in the US and European markets for startups or mid-sized companies.
- Strong understanding of the data and analytics space, solutions and technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong experience with marketing technology and operations including marketing and sales automation, CRM, ABM and ad tech, engagement platforms, and performance marketing
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
