Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). This is a client-facing, techno-managerial role requiring ownership of end-to-end delivery, executive stakeholder engagement, and technical oversight of identity transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will combine program governance capabilities with strong platform knowledge to drive secure, scalable, and outcome-focused IAM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Leadership

• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Security, Infrastructure teams).
• Lead roadmap discussions, maturity assessments, and identity strategy workshops.
• Translate business and security requirements into structured IAM execution plans.
• Manage escalations, expectations, and executive-level communication.
• Present delivery status, risk posture, financials, and value realization to leadership forums.

2. End-to-End IAM Program Delivery

• Own delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Entra ID programs (implementation, migration, modernization).
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, margin, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive structured governance: RAID tracking, milestone reviews, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure contractual adherence and outcome-based milestone achievement.
• Oversee transition from project phase to steady-state operations.

3. Technical Oversight Microsoft Entra ID

Provide hands-on architectural and technical guidance across:

• Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant design and governance
• Hybrid Identity (Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync)
• SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
• MFA & Conditional Access policy design
• Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Identity Governance (Access Reviews, Entitlement Management)
• RBAC design and Zero Trust alignment
• Application onboarding & federation strategy
• Identity lifecycle automation (Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes)

While not required to execute configurations daily, the role must be capable of reviewing designs, challenging architecture decisions, and guiding engineering teams.

4. Team & Delivery Management

• Lead architects, IAM engineers, analysts, and support teams.
• Drive resource planning, utilization optimization, and margin control.
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards and security best practices.
• Mentor teams on Entra ID architecture and implementation approaches.
• Build scalable frameworks for rapid onboarding once applications are ready.

5. Risk, Compliance & Security Alignment

• Ensure alignment with Zero Trust and least-privilege principles.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to identity security and operational impact.
• Support audit readiness and compliance requirements.
• Implement strong documentation, controls, and governance frameworks.

Required Experience

• 1015 years of IT experience with at least 57 years in IAM delivery leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Microsoft Entra ID implementations.
• Strong understanding of identity modernization, cloud migration, and hybrid environments.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar IAM programs with P&L ownership.
• Strong commercial awareness (budget, margin, forecasting).
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
