Job Description

Role Overview

The Associate Program Manager will support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives. This role ensures timelines, deliverables, communication, and stakeholder alignment are managed effectively while driving operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

  • Support development of program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a central point of coordination for program stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, reviews, and decision-making forums.
  • Prepare clear status updates, dashboards, and presentations.

Process & Performance Management

  • Document processes, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and program metrics; escalate issues proactively.

Operations & Support

  • Assist with resource planning, vendor coordination, and contracts (if applicable).
  • Manage documentation, approvals, and program repositories.
  • Support change management and communication initiatives.

We hope you have...

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 38 years of experience in program/project management or operations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to Agile/PM tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.) is an advantage.
