Role Overview
The Associate Program Manager will support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives. This role ensures timelines, deliverables, communication, and stakeholder alignment are managed effectively while driving operational excellence and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
- Support development of program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a central point of coordination for program stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, reviews, and decision-making forums.
- Prepare clear status updates, dashboards, and presentations.
Process & Performance Management
- Document processes, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and program metrics; escalate issues proactively.
Operations & Support
- Assist with resource planning, vendor coordination, and contracts (if applicable).
- Manage documentation, approvals, and program repositories.
- Support change management and communication initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 38 years of experience in program/project management or operations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to Agile/PM tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.) is an advantage.
