Role Description
Vidyarashmi Vidyalaya Savanoor is seeking a full-time Associate Professor to join our faculty on-site in Bengaluru. The Associate Professor will be responsible for conducting lectures, mentoring students, preparing advanced academic content, evaluating student performance, and contributing to curriculum development. The role also includes participating in research activities, publishing scholarly articles, organizing seminars, and guiding students in academic and extracurricular pursuits. Collaboration with other faculty members to ensure educational excellence is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Extensive subject matter expertise and the ability to deliver engaging, high-quality lectures
- Proficiency in academic research, publishing papers, and contributing to knowledge in the field
- Strong skills in curriculum design and development
- Ability to mentor students and provide academic guidance
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A doctorate degree (Ph.D.) or equivalent in the relevant field
- Prior experience in teaching at the collegiate level is highly preferred
