Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Associate Professor located in Pune. The Associate Professor will be responsible for designing and delivering educational content, guiding and mentoring students, conducting research to contribute to the academic field, and publishing findings in reputable journals. Additional responsibilities include participating in departmental meetings, curriculum development, faculty committees, and collaborating on academic initiatives to enhance educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching expertise and ability to deliver lectures effectively
• Proven research skills with a track record of publications in reputable journals
• Developing, evaluating, and updating course syllabi and curriculum
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide students in their academic and professional growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in academic writing, research methodologies, and educational technologies
• Ph.D. in Education, a related field, or relevant qualifications as per university requirements
• Experience in university-level teaching or educational research will be an advantage
