Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Instruction
- Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in the assigned subject area.

Research & Scholarly Activity
- Conduct original research and publish findings in reputable journals.

Curriculum Development & Academic Planning
- Assist in designing and updating the curriculum to meet educational standards and industry trends.

Mentorship & Student Support
- Provide academic guidance, career counseling, and mentorship to students.
- Address student queries and support their professional and personal development.
- Supervise student projects, internships, and practical training sessions.
Administration & Leadership
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and policy development.
- Contribute to quality assurance, accreditation processes, and institutional development initiatives.
- Mentor junior faculty members and support faculty development programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in the relevant subject field.
- 11–15 years of teaching experience in colleges, universities, or professional institutions.
- Proven track record of research publications, presentations, and academic contributions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and online teaching platforms.
