Job Title: Associate Professor - Clinical Psychology
Location: Pune
Reporting To: Program Director
Job Purpose
Entry-level faculty role involving teaching, research, and academic service primarily within the program or department.
Key Responsibilities
Academic:
- Deliver lectures, practicals, and tutorials.
- Assist in curriculum development and examination duties.
- Contribute to organizing academic events and student skill development programs.
Research:
- Engage in research activities, write and publish papers.
- Co-author research proposals and guide student research initiatives.
Strategic & Operational:
- Support school's strategic goals.
- Participate in student welfare, admissions, mentoring, and campus events.
- Supervise exams and organize study/rural immersion tours.
Finance & Collaboration:
- Adhere to academic budget plans.
- Collaborate with industry for placements and participate in national academic events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferably Ph.D. in a relevant field; Master's with 55% minimum is required.
- NET/SET/SLET qualification preferred.
- 05 years of academic or industry experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
