Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur for an Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) departments. Responsibilities include designing and delivering effective course content, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the advancement of academic excellence. The professor will actively participate in curriculum planning, departmental activities, and industry-academic collaborations to enhance the educational experience for students.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and teaching experience in Computer Science subjects such as programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, and AI/ML
• Research abilities and experience in publishing academic papers or similar research projects
• Capability to mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development
• Proficiency in using modern teaching methods, tools, and technology for effective delivery of content
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a PhD is preferred
• Prior teaching experience in higher education is highly desirable
• Commitment to continuous professional development and contribution to academic growth
