Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for various roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and talent needs.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the organization's employer brand and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Undergraduate: Any Graduate
  • Postgraduate: Any Postgraduate (preferred)
  • Experience: Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
