Everstage is hiring for the role of Associate Product Marketing Manager. In this individual contributor role, you will be a key member of our Product Marketing team, with primary ownership of product documentation across our platform while supporting the Product Marketing team on launches, market research, enablement, and strategic initiatives spanning Everstage Incentives, Everstage Planning, and Everstage CPQ.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product documentation across Everstage Incentives, Planning, and CPQ, including user guides, FAQs, help center articles, and technical specifications to ensure comprehensive, user-friendly materials for customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to support go-to-market execution for new feature launches across all three products, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and product strategies.
- Assist in creating sales enablement materials, including sales decks, documents, videos, and infographics to effectively communicate Everstage's value propositions and benefits.
- Conduct research on ICP's needs, preferences, and market trends to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Support the development of case studies and video testimonials to demonstrate the value of our product.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling content that resonates with RevOps and Sales Operations audiences.
- Help gather and organize competitive intelligence to support positioning and messaging across the product portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in product marketing, solutions engineering, customer success, or implementation in B2B SaaS. Experience in RevTech, SalesTech, or enterprise software is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and marketing content.
- Customer-centric mindset with eagerness to understand user workflows and pain points across different personas (Admins, RevOps leaders, Sales teams).
- Quick learner with the ability to understand complex product functionality and translate it into business value and customer outcomes.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and eagerness to work across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Experience with documentation tools, knowledge bases, or content management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales compensation, CPQ, revenue operations, or B2B go-to-market tools is a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain high quality of work and exhibit agile execution.
- Project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
