Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Associate Product Manager. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product requirements, managing product development roadmaps, and ensuring seamless execution of product features. The Associate Product Manager will gather user insights, identify pain points, and prioritize features to deliver an exceptional user experience in alignment with the company's goals. Additional responsibilities include constant market research to stay ahead of trends and analyzing product performance to make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Problem Solving, Data Analysis and Product Management.
• Experience in Market Research and User Insight Analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
