We're hiring for an Associate Product Manager who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and partnering closely with engineering and compliance teams in a fintech environment.
Experience - 2 to 3 Years
Location - Mumbai, Hybrid
Must Have - Experience in working with RBI Regulatory compliance, Audit and Risk teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of audit & compliance-related product features
- Convert business and regulatory requirements into clear product specs & user stories
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Engineering teams
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery during audits
- Push back on unclear requirements and drive clarity
- Track execution and keep stakeholders aligned
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience with at least 2 years in Product / Product Analyst role
- Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or regulated products
- Comfortable with data, reports, and requirements documentation
- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, APIs (good to have)
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability setup
