We are hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager who will play a key role in building scalable products for our Collections & Payments function.
Role: Associate Product Manager Collections & Payments
Location: Mumbai, Hybrid
Experience - 2 to 3 Years
Education - Graduation fromTier-1 or Tier-2 colleges only
Immediate joiners or early joiners ONLY.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business and customer needs into clear product specs, user stories, and one-pagers.
- Collaborate with engineering/design to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Maintain high-quality product roadmap hygiene and track JIRA deliverables.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Collect user feedback to enhance product experiences.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure strong alignment across teams.
Requirements
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges only
- Experience: 23 years total, with at least 1-2 year in Product Management (Fintech preferred).
- Familiarity with customer support tech, SQL, Excel & basic APIs.
- Ability to build no-code prototypes; hands-on with GenAI tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
