Role & Responsibilities
- Define, track and improve the key product metrics
- Shadow the Product Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with the Product,
Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Gather Product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends.
- Leverage available insights like market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and
usability findings
- Think analytically about workflows and the impact of product features on conversion
- Determine improvements to Product features.
- Coordinate findings with the Product Team and align them with business goals.
- Train internal departments on new Product features and provide support to customers.
- Develop efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
- Prioritise the features based on user requirements and cost benefit analysis
- A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and
problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams across the organisation
Skills
- Excellent understanding of product development life cycle
- Good knowledge of technology developments, design, SEO & marketing
- Strong hand on analytical tools like Google Analytics, Clevertap, Redash etc
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upwardly to top management
and downward to a wide range of audiences, especially tech teams
- Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent skills in prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, etc
- Ability to rapidly visualise/prototype concepts
- Ability to AB test prototypes and conduct experiments
- Ability to provide deliverables within specified deadline with a quality bar
- Experience in real estate domain
Qualifications
- 2 + years of product management experience
- MBA is a plus
