Legodesk is India's leading cloud-based debt resolution platform, transforming how Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) manage their recovery operations. We digitise the entire recovery lifecycle: from automated legal notices to online dispute resolution, case management to field collections.

Role Description:

We're looking for a smart, curious, analytical, data-driven and customer-obsessed Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. You'll own features across our platform — from the web dashboard used by the collection team and the legal head to the FOS mobile app used by field agents and lawyers.

This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence how India's lending ecosystem recovers debt — faster, cheaper, and more ethically.

 What You'll Do

 → Own product roadmap for assigned modules (Client journey, FOS App, Notice Automation, Legal case Management, Automation for collection and Legal)

 → Conduct user research with collection managers, legal teams & field agents & lawyers

 → Write PRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria

 → Collaborate with Engineering & Design to ship on time

 → Define success metrics and drive feature adoption

 → Analyse usage data to identify optimisation opportunities

 Must-Have:

  • 1-3 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Consulting
  • Comfortable with SQL, Excel, and analytics tools.
  • Communication: Can articulate complex workflows simply 
  • Customer Empathy: Genuinely curious about user problems 
  • Ownership: Takes accountability for outcomes, not just tasks
  • Technical Background: Better engineering collaboration
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business/Engineering, CS, Law, or related field 

 Nice-to-Have:

  •  FinTech/Lending Experience: Faster domain ramp-up 
  • Legal/Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of RBI guidelines 
  •  Mobile App PM Experience: FOS app ownership(Collection Agents/ Lawyers)
  •  Technical Background: Better engineering collaboration
  • Agile/JIRA/Figma: Faster tool adoption
