About The Role
We're hiring an Associate Product Manager (APM) to work across multiple product areas and business lines, including (but not limited to) Teleport Next Day. This role is designed for someone who wants to:
- Learn how different logistics products scale
- Work on platform, growth, and integration problems
- Build strong product fundamentals by solving ambiguous, cross-cutting challenges
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable product outcomes.
What You'll Work On
Rather than being tied to a single product, you'll contribute across key product themes:
- Self-Serve & Platform Experiences
- Improve self-serve journeys across Teleport products for individuals and businesses
- Reduce friction and operational dependency through better product design
- Simplify complex decisions for users through intuitive product flows
- SME Enablement & Growth
- Work on product capabilities that help SMEs onboard, activate, and scale on Teleport
- Support initiatives around volume growth, retention, and long-term stickiness
- Partner with commercial, finance, and operations teams to translate business needs into product solutions. 3. Integrations & Solutions Ecosystem
- Contribute to channel, partner, and API integrations across solutions
- Help shape how Teleport products fit naturally into customer workflows
- Think beyond individual features to how platforms create long-term leverage
Requirements
Qualifications
Must have
- 2+ years of experience in product management (SaaS, logistics tech, or e-commerce marketplaces)
- Strong ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured product thinking
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data, user insights, and operational feedback to guide decisions
- Ability to think in systems and trade-offs, not just individual features or screens
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams
- Bias towards ownership, learning, and iteration in fast-moving environments
- Ability to clearly articulate problem statements, scope, success metrics, and trade-offs to align stakeholders
Good to have
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or platform-based products
- Experience working on self-serve, growth, or onboarding journeys
- Familiarity with API-driven products, integrations, or platform ecosystems
- Basic understanding of experimentation, metrics, and product discovery methods
- Prior experience in a startup, scale-up, or zero-to-one product environment
