Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of the product from conception to final release and ensure that it can handle the complexities of the business.
Synthesise feedback, data, and company goals to develop a high-quality and clear product roadmap.
Define, measure, and share critical metrics to measure the success of the product in the market.
Partner with design, engineering, and operations to scope and build features that solve and create new opportunities.
Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development, review, and adoption to facilitate and align a successful product/feature rollout.
Regularly baseline and track usage and impact of the product on business and product metrics to recommend strategies to improve them.
Partner with Leads on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates.

Requirements

At least 2+ years of experience in product management and business analysis.
Comfortable engaging directly with customers to gather feedback and understand pain points.
Strong analytical and data-driven instincts, comfortable pulling and interpreting data (SQL is a plus) to support decisions, not just relying on others analysis.
High ownership mindset with eagerness to learn fast in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Track record of following through on projects with attention to detail and quality.
Clear written and verbal communicator, able to explain product decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Genuine interest in technology and curiosity about the business/financial side of the product.
Bonus: prior exposure to FinTech, B2B, or marketplace products.
