About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager – Growth, you will own product-led growth levers to acquire, activate, and retain users on INDmoney. You will identify growth opportunities across the user journey — from onboarding and activation to engagement and organic acquisition — conduct market research and technical feasibility, generate requirements, determine specifications, and work closely with multiple stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and Growth. Your responsibility is to translate user behaviour and growth problems into product solutions through the use of technology, experimentation, and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and own product-led growth levers across the funnel — onboarding, activation, engagement, referral, and social/community-driven acquisition.
- Deeply understand user needs, motivations, and drop-off points, and translate them into well-articulated development requirements and scaled solutions.
- Design, run, and analyse growth experiments (A/B tests) across the user journey; leverage data and analytics to constantly iterate product and platform development.
- Work with product designers, user experience specialists, and engineers to translate requirements into live products.
- Define and track growth metrics — funnel conversion, activation rate, retention, and engagement — and build dashboards for continuous monitoring.
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future growth initiatives by reviewing data, benchmarking growth products across fintech and consumer tech, and building execution roadmaps.
- Evaluate technical options and prepare early prototypes that assist all phases of product development, reducing overall risk and cost.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the consumer tech industry; experience in growth product roles is a strong plus.
- Very strong at articulating and defining product specifications, multiple use cases, and edge cases.
- Strong experimentation mindset — comfortable forming hypotheses, running A/B tests, and iterating fast based on results.
- Familiar with growth frameworks and third-party analytics tools; experience working with large datasets — SQL proficiency will be highly valued.
- An interest in trading, investing, and financial markets is a strong plus.
- Very granular with an eye for detail.
- Should be customer-obsessed.
- Hands-on, with the ability to execute things fast and at scale.
- Flexible to constantly iterate; team-leading experience is a plus.
- Comfortable bootstrapping your products and projects by re-using practices across industries and academia.
