Role Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the development and scaling of AI agent driven SaaS products. The role focuses on hands-on execution across product design, analytics, AI model research, and feature delivery, working closely with engineering and business teams.
The APM will independently handle product design and analysis tasks, contribute to AI agent research and evaluation, and help translate product requirements into well-defined, shippable features. This role is suited for someone early in their product career who is comfortable working in fast-paced environments and using AI tools to move quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, evaluate, and select AI models, agents, and frameworks for product use cases
- Identify AI enablement opportunities at the application and workflow level
- Independently design product UX, flows, wireframes, and interaction logic for AI-powered experiences
- Define agent behavior, prompts, tool usage, guardrails, and fallback logic
- Translate product ideas into clear PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
- Work closely with engineering to deliver features in rapid iteration cycles
- Build, manage, and maintain product and agent performance analytics dashboards
- Define and track KPIs across activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and task success
- Analyze data to identify product gaps, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities
- Conduct competitor and feature-level research across AI agent and SaaS products
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, design, documentation, and decision-making
- Support SaaS workflows including onboarding, configuration, integrations, and usage-based pricing
- Partner with GTM and customer-facing teams to improve adoption, demos, and product messaging
What Were Looking For :
- 2-4 years of experience in product management, SaaS, or product analytics roles
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, especially LLMs and AI agents
- Proven ability to independently design product experiences without dedicated design support
- Strong understanding of analytics, event tracking, and dashboard creation
- Experience working directly with engineering teams to ship production features
- Ability to rapidly execute tasks using AI-powered productivity and research tools
- Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience conducting competitor and market research in SaaS or AI products
- Comfort operating with high ownership and limited structure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI platforms, AdTech, or workflow tools is a plus
