Associate Product Managers!
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in defining the product vision and roadmap, focusing on Xstore POS and the Oracle suite of applications.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in retail technology.
- Advocate for the end-user by conducting usability testing and gathering feedback.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Provide support and training for internal teams and end-users.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
- A passion for technology and a deep understanding of retail operations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with product management tools like JIRA or Trello is a plus.
- An understanding of software development processes and lifecycles is a plus.
