About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Associate Product Manager to lead the expansion of our AI-powered lung cancer solution across the US market. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by bringing innovative AI solutions to patients and clinicians globally.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support and help deliver the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned US customer sites, spanning pre-deployment planning, IT approvals, integration readiness, go-live, and post-deployment stabilization.
- The role requires close coordination with customer IT, clinical, and administrative stakeholders to ensure deployments progress smoothly, risks are identified early, and timelines are met. The APM will act as the primary product interface during deployment and early adoption phases, ensuring clarity of workflows, configurations, and success criteria.
- Develop deep context on Qure.ai products and agentic workflows, including architecture, data flows, guardrails, and client-required behavior.
- Write and test structured prompts and integration instructions that AI agents can follow to support client-specific workflow requirements.
- Support and work cross-functionally with Engineering, AI, Platform, and Support teams to operationalize product requirements and resolve site-specific issues. The role is responsible for maintaining tight feedback loops between site and product development to enable rapid and informed resolution for a smooth customer experience.
- Conceptualize user/payer needs and gaps into actionable product insights, prioritizing issues based on impact, and ensuring that fixes and enhancements are delivered in alignment with broader product goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product operations by documenting deployment learnings, refining playbooks, and helping standardize US-specific workflows. This includes improving onboarding materials, deployment SOPs, and internal processes to reduce time-to-value and support scalable growth across multiple health systems.
- Support in scaling the most compelling product narratives, empowering BD and client-facing teams with strategic assets to drive buyer urgency and close rates. You'll nurture high-converting funnels by blending data, storytelling, and precision targeting.
Skills & Expertise
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, the healthcare industry, or the medical technology industry. Experience with AI/ML-powered products is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation, and public speaking skills.
