About Quash
Quash is a QA devtool for mobile teams. We're building a mobile test agent that helps teams test apps using natural language. The product is opinionated, technical, and built closely with developers and QA teams.
We're an early-stage team obsessed with two things: our users and AI. We ship fast, iterate constantly, and build in close partnership with mobile development teams.
Role Overview
You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and designers to translate insights from mobile development teams into shipped features that users love. This role demands ownership of end-to-end product development from discovery through delivery. You'll drive meaningful product decisions in a fast-moving environment where your work directly impacts our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- User & Market Research Conduct user interviews with developers, QA leads, and engineering managers; synthesize findings into actionable insights; track competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities.
- Product Strategy & Definition Write comprehensive PRDs with clear success metrics; define user workflows and edge cases; collaborate on Figma designs and lead design reviews; make prioritization calls based on user impact and technical feasibility.
- Cross-functional Execution Drive sprint planning and serve as the source of truth for engineering and design teams; proactively resolve blockers; ensure alignment across stakeholders; manage product backlogs.
- Analytics & Data-Driven Iteration Define instrumentation strategy and key metrics; build and monitor dashboards for activation, retention, and feature adoption; run experiments and analyze results to inform product decisions.
- Team Collaboration Contribute beyond your core role in our small, tight-knit team. Participate in technical architecture discussions, contribute to growth initiatives, support customer success efforts, and help shape our product narrative.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, dev tools, or AI/ML products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks; comfort engaging in technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase) and SQL.
- Genuine enthusiasm about AI, with a habit of working with AI tools for anything and everything.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobile development, QA/testing tools, or developer infrastructure.
- Background in a high-growth startup or experience working directly with founders.
- Technical background (CS degree or prior engineering experience).
