Assistant Product Manager:
At PolicyBazaar, product managers are at the centre of all the action in building innovative products for the insurance sector of tomorrow. You'd be joining a team of experienced product managers with a track record of successfully building Enterprise products. We collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver innovation in insurance technology. You have a bias towards action and will be part of defining what the future of insurance will look like. As the product manager, your work with other product managers and engineering teams to define and deliver features, craft short-term roadmaps, collaborate with scrum teams to own the timelines and understand how our customers will interface with our products.
Key Skills Required:
Strong experience with JIRA, SQL, and MS Excel
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex project problems
Experience in preparing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Strong planning abilities with the capability to meet tight timelines
Required Qualifications:
Independently plan, track, and coordinate end-to-end project activities
Manage and monitor tasks using JIRA with timely updates
Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prepare BRDs
Identify project risks / issues and implement effective mitigation strategies
Ensure timely execution and delivery of project milestones
Conduct meetings, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation
