Job Context: To design test cases for UAT on the basis of test scenarios and test enhancements done in the system, report defects identified at the time of testing to immediate superior and rectification and simulation of production issues and in case of production bug updating the PRD system
Job Challenges: . To meet targets despite non availability and inadequate response of test region.
. Duplication of test efforts due to incomplete movement of codes to test region by IT.
. Unavailability of all existing product policies on test regions to carry out testing. Hence creation of latest products policies on test region due to which testing gets delayed.
. Unavailability of correct data on test region to simulate production issues.
Lack of clarity from users on production issues reported and processes followed.
