About the Product Team and the Role

The Associate Product Manager will take on meaningful end-to-end ownership of product modules or features across Origin Medical's suite of AI-enabled healthcare solutions. The role involves independently driving product decisions, leading cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

This position is designed for product professionals ready to step into greater ownership and build the skills needed to advance toward a full Product Manager role.

What You Will Do

Product Ownership

• Own defined product modules or feature areas end-to-end — from ideation and requirement definition through to testing, launch, and iteration
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for your area, aligning them with the broader product strategy and organizational goals
• Define, track, and report on product success metrics to inform continuous improvement

Strategy & Discovery

• Lead stakeholder interviews, user research, and gap analyses to surface unmet clinical needs and translate them into clear product opportunities
• Conduct competitive and market analyses to inform product positioning and prioritization decisions
• Collaborate closely with design on user experience — contributing to wireframes, prototypes, and design validation with end users

Cross-Functional Execution

• Serve as the primary liaison between clinical stakeholders, engineering, and design for your product area — translating complex clinical needs into precise, actionable requirements
• Proactively manage timelines, surface blockers, and coordinate across teams to keep development on track
• Lead and contribute to testing phases, defining acceptance criteria and monitoring quality outcomes
• Drive deployment readiness for your product modules, including stakeholder communication and operational planning

Culture

• Contribute to building a strong product culture — championing user-centricity, clarity of thinking, and high standards of execution

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a product management or closely related role is required
• Demonstrated ability to independently own a product area or feature set from concept to launch is preferred
• Experience in healthtech, medtech, or AI-driven products is preferred
• Experience with clinical environments or medical device workflows is preferred
• Experience with Figma or similar prototyping tools is preferred
