This is not a typical product role.
OnArrival is building the infrastructure layer for travel - flights, hotels, insurance, pricing, and orchestration ;exposed via APIs and embedded micro-apps for some of the largest fintechs in the world

What you'll work on
Search & orchestration
Multi-supplier querying (GDS, NDC, aggregators)
Fallback logic, latency vs coverage tradeoffs
Pricing & margins
Markups, discounts, rewards
Cohort-based and partner-specific pricing
Funnels & events
Define and track events across the entire journey
Debug real issues like payment success but booking failure
Embedded micro-app
Work on a <2MB app that sits inside partner apps
Ensure seamless native + web experience
Reliability
Handle retries, failures, refunds
Make systems work in production under real load
What we're looking for
1-3 years experience (startup / engineering / consulting preferred)
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
Ability to break down messy, ambiguous problems
Basic understanding of how backend systems / APIs work
Clear communication and documentation skills
Bonus
You can read logs or debug flows with engineers
Exposure to marketplaces, fintech, or travel
Familiar with tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, SQL
