Role:
The Associate Product Manager will be a key driver of user acquisition, engagement, and retention across the JoVE platform. You will work hand-in-hand with both product and marketing teams to identify, execute, and optimize growth initiativesranging from trial and onboarding enhancements to SEO optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute initiatives to enhance user acquisition and retention.
- Design and run A/B tests to optimize onboarding, trials, and user experience.
- Leverage MoEngage and analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, etc.) to drive and monitor growth.
- Work closely with marketing and growth teams to align product improvements with growth goals.
- Communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus.
- At least 1+ years in product management with a focus on growth initiatives.
- Experience with growth strategies (trials, onboarding, SEO).
- Proficient in MoEngage, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and relevant analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and growth teams.
