As a member of the Pega Product Management India team, you will focus on Financial Services Customer Risk and Due Diligence (FS CRDD) area in the Pega products. You will work closely with our Engineering teams to drive and deliver the market-differentiating Workflow capabilities in our Products. Pega Product Management team drives the Product vision and strategy with innovation mindset to deliver a low-code platform for Enterprise AI decisioning and workflow automation.

Pega is changing the way the world builds software. In this role, you'll help us define and deliver the next generation of Pega FS CRDD. As an Associate Product Manager, you will drive, prioritize, and communicate the work that our engineering teams need to deliver based on business needs.
What You'll Do At Pega
- Define and manage epics by collaborating with PMs while ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
- Detail out epic scope based on use case scenarios, feedback and broader product vision
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to iterate prototypes.
- Develop and refine product prototypes to validate concepts and gather user feedback
- Prioritize user stories based on business value and user impact.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of epics.
- Adjust epic scope and priorities based on feedback and evolving requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with teams including engineering, design, architecture and release management teams
- Serve as a point of contact / subject matter expert for internal stakeholders related to FS CRDD feature areas
- Stay hands-on by building demos showcasing various product capabilities
- Triage feedback to determine priority and align with product priorities
Who You Are
The successful candidate will have experience in Onboarding and Know Your Customer, some exposure to Product Management, and a basic understanding of software design. You're technically curious and able to learn how the Pega platform works. You're looking to work within a culture that values urgency and teamwork in a collegial and supportive environment. You are motivated to learn about new technology, and willing to ask for help when you need it
What You've Accomplished
- You possess 4 to 6 years of overall work experience, preferably working in Enterprise software product environments including 1 to 2 years of exposure to Product Management.
- You possess 2 plus years of hands on experience with any of the technologies like Java, Python or .Net etc.,
- You are a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills with experience building impactful content including presentations, interactive product demos, webinars and how-to videos
- You stay up to date with evolving market trends and industry's best practices, always looking for new and effective ways to solve problems
- You are an innovative thinker with creative mindset driven by passion for reimagining the way the world builds software
- You feel comfortable in managing ever changing priorities and thrive in dynamic environment
- You possess strong analytical skills, pay attention to details and an overall can-do attitude
- Having the Financial services domain knowledge is preferrable and is considered as an added advantage
