About The Role

  • Own product decision-making end-to-end from problem definition and discovery to solution validation and delivery
  • Run structured 360 problem analysis by combining data insights, user feedback, and cross-functional inputs
  • Validate assumptions before scaling through data deep-dives, UATs, pilots, and impact analysis
  • Prioritize features using structured frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, effortimpact), balancing business urgency, revenue, and user needs
  • Lead enterprise client discussions including onboarding, key decisions, escalations, and UATs
  • Drive sprint execution, backlog hygiene, grooming sessions, and SOP documentation to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Measure adoption, friction, defects, NPS, and revenue impact to continuously improve product outcomes and UX
  • Partner closely with Tech, CS, Design, QA, and Sales to align on scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Support onboarding, integrations, and issue resolution in collaboration with Customer Success
  • Integrate AI and automation tools into daily workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability of execution

Who We're Looking For

  • 23 years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in SQL, dashboards, UATs, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to make trade-offs between speed, scale, UX, and business impact
  • Comfortable engaging with enterprise clients and handling high-stakes conversations with confidence and clarity
  • Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, effortimpact) and when to apply them
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex client needs into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership of documentation, backlog management, and SOP creation
  • Technically curious and comfortable using modern tools, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and work effectively across Tech, CS, Design, and Sales
  • Proactive in flagging risks, scope drift, blockers, and inefficiencies early
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
