The Role: Associate Product Manager (Founding APM)

We are hiring our first Associate Product Manager to help shape the product and bring this vision to life. You’ll work closely with the founder, engineering, and design to craft a world-class experience for India’s fast-growing SMBs and startup ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: user discovery → specs → execution → adoption.
• Translate fuzzy real-world procurement problems into clear product decisions and intuitive workflows.
• Drive the roadmap for SMBs and high-growth startups, balancing simplicity with power.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship thoughtful, fast, and scalable features.
• Work closely with sales, ops, and GTM to align product with growth.
• Track and own product success metrics – from activation to long-term stickiness.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in startup environments with direct product or founder-facing roles.
• Background in Enterprise/B2B software, SaaS workflows is highly valued.
• You’ve written product specs, defined user stories, and worked with engineers to ship live products.
• You think in systems but obsess over user flows. Detail-oriented, but not in love with perfection.
• Strong communication skills – you can lead through context, not control.
• Education from IITs or a top-tier US Master’s program preferred.
