Role OverviewWe're hiring an APM who operates like an owner — not just a coordinator.
At Tech it!, product = conversion, revenue, and user experience. You'll work across CRO, Shopify, analytics, and client execution for multiple D2C brands.
This is a hands-on role with a clear path to Product Manager in 12–18 months.
What You'll Do- Execute CRO experiments across PDP, Cart, Checkout
- Analyze funnels using GA4, Shopify, Clarity
- Manage tasks, QA releases, and coordinate with design/dev teams
- Participate in client discussions and share insights
- Support PMs in hypothesis building and execution
What We're Looking ForMust-have:
- Experience in e-commerce (Shopify ecosystem)
- Strong understanding of funnels & conversion
- Working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Excel/Sheets
Plus:
- Clarity, Figma, SQL, AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude)
Mindset- High ownership, execution-focused
- Structured thinker with attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Strong communication (client-facing role)
