What is Digiaccel Learning

Digiaccel Learning is an education company for professionals to upskill on in- demand digital skills. Founded by ex HUL leaders in 2022, Digiaccel is building a system for working professionals to learn skills that help accelerate their careers through various outcomes career transitions, getting promoted or doing better at work.

In almost 4 years, the company has over 5000+ paying learners and is well on its 1 to 10 journeys. We have also setup our own institute (Altera Institute) in Cybercity, Gurugram to help students land their dream careers in eCommerce, Brand, and Product roles with the help of our industry-backed education.

Where would you fit

The Associate Product Manager (APM) will work closely with the product and engineering teams to define, execute, and iterate on key product features. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build a strong foundation in product management, with opportunities to learn, experiment, and take on increasing levels of responsibility.

What you will be responsible for

User Research & Insights : Conduct user research, analyse engagement patterns, and identify unmet user needs.

Product Roadmap & Execution : Support the product roadmap, assist in defining feature scope, and collaborate with teams to bring ideas to life.

Project Management : Work across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements, keeping product goals in focus.

Data-Driven Decisions : Monitor key product metrics, interpret user behaviour, and iterate based on insights.

Skills and Experience

1-3+ years of experience in product management, or a related role.

Prior experience in startups, hackathons, or tech-driven roles is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, or any data analysis tools (preferred but not mandatory).

A passion for learning, iterating, and delivering impact at scale.

Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions, focusing on impact

Demonstrate a structured approach to planning, prioritizing, and delivering projects.

Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate

About the Company

Digiaccel Learning is a Gurugram headquartered education company that is building for professional education in India. It aims to do so through an application-based curriculum and skilling system to enable learners to pick up the relevant digital skills. These will be enabled by industry professionals through online learning courses with a mix of live and pre-recorded modules. In doing so, it will facilitate outcome-oriented learning with employment/ career acceleration being the targeted outcome.
