Associate Product Manager

Associate Product Manager (APM)  

Location: Bangalore (on-site; expect periodic field travel) Reporting to: CPO Function: Product Experience: 0–2 years (strong new grads and early-career switchers welcome)

Role mandate  

You'll be the connective tissue between what happens in the field and what we build. As an APM, you'll own problems end to end — turning messy ground reality into clear product requirements, working with engineering to ship, and measuring whether it actually moved the metric. This is a build-it-and-watch-it-work role, not a slide-deck role.

What you'll do  

• Own discrete features and product areas end to end, with mentorship from senior product leadership — from problem definition to launch to iteration. You own the problem, not just the to-do list.
• Spend real time understanding users: supervisors, mukadams, area leads, ops managers, and farmers. Sit with them. Watch how they actually use (and break) the product.
• Work day-to-day with engineering and design to ship.
• Dig into data — fulfilment, on-time start/completion, rework, complaints — to find what's broken and what to build next.
• Run launches: coordinate with Ops, write the rollout plan, train field teams if needed, and track adoption.
• Close the loop relentlessly: ship, measure, learn, iterate.

What we're looking for  

• 0–2 years of experience. Background in product, consulting, ops, analytics, engineering, or a strong founder/builder streak.
• Sharp structured thinking and genuine curiosity about why people behave the way they do.
• Comfortable with data and spreadsheets; you reach for numbers to settle debates.
• Strong written and verbal communication — you can make a complex thing simple.
• High agency. You chase down answers, get on the ground, and don't wait to be told what to do.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving, low-infrastructure environment.

Bonus points  

• Marathi/Hindi and any exposure to rural India, agriculture, blue-collar operations, or informal labour markets.

• Comfort with a high-speed environment — you thrive when things move fast and ambiguity is the norm.
