As seen on shark tank, we're building a college career platform. We're looking for passionate & smart candidates who are immensely curious and love building products. They constantly try to analyze and look behind the scenes at what goes into product building. A hard-working individual who looks at solving problems through products and can look beyond the user interviews and feedback. Self-starter, who has a love for analyzing & tracking user psychology while using a product and looking to solve a genuine problem in the society.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team of product managers
- Build PRDs & solutioning of new features.
- Work with the Product Advisors & Mentors, and execute accordingly
- Consult with our PM advisors onboard.
- Setup the foundations of good practices in product management
- Be single-handedly responsible by working with founders to build a product feature roadmap and get it implemented by the engineering team.
- Setup the campus social network and build products, and features which
- Add value to the college students, Is fun and entertaining for them.
- Work on wireframes, product requirements and decide the direction of products
- Build product lines and features that engage, educate, retain & help college students in their college journey.
- Revamp the college infrastructure and build a gamified technology
- Build product features that make it simpler for students and their lives meaningful.
- Track user behavior to build product feature roadmaps
- Cohort based analysis, seeing through the data & analytics
- Analyse EventBeep product & user behaviour through Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, UXCAM, Amplitude
- Interacting with users on daily basis, working with the tech team to get features implemented in record time, and moving in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Passion for building products that solve real-world problems
- Previous experience in Product Management & startups
- Completed graduation
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company - strong interpersonal skills
