Description
Flatirons Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Associate Product Analyst supports
Agile product teams in India, based in Chennai by gathering business and technical requirements and creating clear, structured technical documentation. We develop innovative
software that empowers Airlines, Aerospace Manufacturers, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) organizations to efficiently manage and transform complex technical data at scale.
The role collaborates with
engineering teams, project leads, quality engineers, and customer stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories, solution documentation, and end-user materials. The ideal candidate can quickly understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively through documentation, training materials, and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct client workshops to understand business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Document requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria and contribute to solution blueprint documentation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including user guides, release notes, installation guides, configuration documentation, and online help.
- Author structured content using XML/DITA standards.
- Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure documentation accuracy and solution quality.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered functionality aligns with documented requirements.
- Deliver product demonstrations and end-user training materials.
- Produce feature walkthrough or training videos using Microsoft Clipchamp or similar tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance documentation quality.
- Understand and adhere to all requirements of the Integrated Management Systems (IMS), which includes Quality, Information Security, and Privacy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
- Experience working with customer stakeholders and technical teams.
Education/Experience
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in business analysis, software documentation.
- Experience gathering requirements and documenting them as user stories in Agile environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders.
Computer Skills
- Structured authoring using XML / DITA.
- Knowledge of XSLT, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Oxygen XML Editor, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with JIRA and Agile project management tools.
- Experience using Bitbucket
- Experience with AI-assisted technical writing tools (e.g., Positron, SleekAI, or similar)
