Role Overview
Dashverse seeks a skilled Associate Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the post-production process and help achieve the show's creative vision and delivery without compromising the quality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all post-production elements align with the creative vision and meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with video editors to ensure high-quality pacing, transitions, and visual flow.
- Coordinate with sound engineers to enhance storytelling through sound design.
- Align post-production with the producer's creative vision and direction.
- Manage workflows to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality assurance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of cinematic language & storytelling.
- Critical thinking.
- Experience in post-production or a related field.
- Strong understanding of storytelling (narrative), sound design, and video editing processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
- Experience working on independent films/short films/series etc.
