Job Description
The Associate Process Manager HR Analytics will support the delivery of HR data insights, reporting, and process improvements. The role requires strong understanding of HR functional areas, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders. The candidate should be proactive, solutionoriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Support the development and execution of HR analytics dashboards and reports.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics across talent acquisition, total rewards, and talent management.
- Assist in developing standard reporting templates and ensuring data consistency across the organization.
- Maintain and monitor data quality; flag discrepancies and support corrective actions.
Operations & Problem Solving
- Support in identifying HR-related issues through data and partner with HR teams to resolve them.
- Break down complex problems into clear, manageable parts and evaluate multiple solution options.
- Assist in building predictive or trendbased insights to support decision making.
Stakeholder & Team Support
- Collaborate with HRBPs, CoEs, and business teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Support team members with data needs, documentation, and project execution.
- Communicate insights in a clear, simple manner to nontechnical stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive improvements in reporting processes, automation, and efficiency.
- Recommend enhancements to dashboards, data sources, and visualization tools.
Skills & Competencies
- 36 years of total HR experience, with 13 years in HR Analytics preferred.
- Understanding of core HR functions such as recruitment, performance, talent, and compensation.
- Experience in data management, report creation, or HR operations.
- Graduate in any field; MBA/MMS/PGDM in HR preferred (not mandatory).
- Analytics certification or experience with data visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Exposure to HR projects or process improvement work is desirable.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and manage expectations professionally.
- Detailoriented with the ability to see broader business impact.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
