Job Description
Role Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented
Junior Test Engineer with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with developers and senior QA staff to execute test cases, identify bugs, and contribute to automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
- Assist in developing and maintaining test scripts and automation frameworks
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Ensure test coverage and contribute to regression testing
Required Skills & Experience:
- 35 years of experience in software testing
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
- Basic understanding of SQL and API testing
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
