Associate Process Manager

Role Overview:

Were seeking a detail-oriented Junior Test Engineer with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. Youll work closely with developers and senior QA staff to execute test cases, identify bugs, and contribute to automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Assist in developing and maintaining test scripts and automation frameworks
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
• Ensure test coverage and contribute to regression testing

Required Skills & Experience:

• 35 years of experience in software testing
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
• Basic understanding of SQL and API testing
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
