As the Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading technical teams, collaborating with functional and business stakeholders, and delivering high-quality SAP implementations. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Drive the design and development of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure high-quality implementations by conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and enforcing best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and incorporate them into the company's SAP landscape.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and a robust knowledge base.
- Conduct regular team meetings, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting knowledge sharing.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing technical insights and resolving complex issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP development and implementation, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams, with excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with SAP development tools such as ABAP, SAPUI5, and SAP HANA.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
