As the Associate Principal - SAP, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SAP team, providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Oversee the implementation and support of SAP EWM Technical solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative SAP solutions to clients.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and address technical challenges, offering creative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on EWM Technical.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and its technical aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a creative approach.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards in SAP implementation.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in SAP S4 HANA and/or EWM Technical are highly preferred.
