Job Description
As an Associate Principal, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering SAP S4 HANA projects, with a specific focus on the Sales and Distribution (SD) module and its integration with the Condition Contract Management (CCM) module. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring successful project implementations, providing strategic guidance, and driving innovation within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP S4 HANA projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance in the SD and CCM modules, including settlement management and condition contract configuration.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
- Conduct gap analysis, process re-engineering, and system configuration to meet business needs.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and adhering to data protection regulations.
- Document project deliverables, create user manuals, and provide training materials for end-users.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SD and CCM modules, with a strong focus on settlement management and condition contract management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and CCM functionalities, processes, and integration points.
- Proficiency in configuring condition contracts, condition types, access sequences, and condition tables.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of resolving critical issues.
- Experience in leading and managing SAP projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA and its migration approach is an added advantage.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
