Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PMO/Business Analyst professional with prior experience in the Investment Banking or Global Banking & Securities domain. The role focuses on back-end integration projects, particularly post-execution processes involving middleware to settlement and infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project & PMO Support
Assist in project tracking, scheduling, and status reporting
Support risk and issue management under guidance from senior team members
Contribute to requirements gathering and documentation
Testing & Quality Support
Support the creation of test plans and test cases
Participate in test execution and defect tracking
Stakeholder & Communication Support
Assist in stakeholder coordination and meeting management
Prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
Develop effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Methodology & Process Exposure
Apply PMO methodologies within Financial Institutions
Gain exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles in banking environments
Administrative & Financial Tasks
Support administrative project tasks and basic financial planning activities
Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts
Issue Management
Contribute to issue identification and resolution
Escalate complex issues to senior team members in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications
24 years of experience in PMO / Business Analyst / Project Support roles Mandatory experience in Investment Banking or Global Banking & Securities Understanding of back-end integration and post-execution processes, Familiarity with middleware-to-settlement workflows is a plus, Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite banking environment
