We are looking for a driven and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid digital channels and drive significant growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to support and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 13 years of experience in D2C or e-commerce, who is data-driven and eager to learn and grow in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise for key metrics like CPA and ROAS
• Support in keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
• Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager
• Stay updated with platform trends and suggest new ideas for growth

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred)
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Exposure to additional channels like affiliates or influencer marketing
