About the opportunity

We're seeking an analytical and strategic Associate to join our People Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you'll drive initiatives that shape how we attract, develop, and retain talent while optimizing our HR processes and systems. You'll work at the intersection of people analytics, operational excellence, and strategic workforce planning to help scale our organization effectively.

What you will do

You'll partner with leadership and business stakeholders to design and implement people programs that support our growth objectives. This includes analyzing data to highlight trends and uncover insights, developing dashboards and reports that inform decision-making, and managing cross-functional projects related to organizational design, headcount planning, and talent mobility. You'll also work on improving HR processes and tools, from onboarding workflows to performance management systems, ensuring they're efficient, scalable, and create exceptional employee experiences.

You'll contribute to strategic initiatives like compensation benchmarking, diversity and inclusion analytics, workforce forecasting, and vendor management for HR tech.

What we are looking for

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, people analytics, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills are essentialyou're comfortable working with data, building presentations, and translating complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • You bring a strategic mindset combined with operational excellence. You can think critically about organizational challenges, design solutions, and follow through on implementation.
  • You're detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • Executive & Business partnering
  • You're someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and approaches problems with curiosity and creativity.
  • A background in finance, operations, or business strategy transitioning into people operations is welcome, as is HR experience with a strong analytical foundation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information
