Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master with strong expertise in pattern making, grading, marker making, and fabric consumption. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Richpeace (Version 10) and be capable of working closely with design, sampling, and production teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create patterns based on design specifications and measurements
- Perform pattern making, grading, marker making, and consumption calculation
- Ensure fit, construction, and sizing accuracy across styles
- Use Richpeace software (Version 10) for pattern development and grading
- Coordinate with designers, sampling teams, and production for corrections and approvals
- Support sample development, fittings, and pre-production approvals
- Optimize markers to reduce fabric wastage and improve efficiency
- Maintain documentation for patterns, size sets, and revisions
- Ensure timelines and quality standards are met throughout the process
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Pattern Master in the apparel industry
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Pattern making
- Grading
- Marker making
- Fabric consumption calculation
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Richpeace – Version 10
- Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, and measurements
- Ability to handle multiple styles and tight timelines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Language Requirement
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an added advantage
Education
- Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Technology, or related field
- (Formal education preferred; strong practical experience is essential)
