Compensation: 48 LPA fixed + 20–40% performance bonus (total CTC 57.6–67.2 LPA)

Experience Required: Prior experience in consulting, strategy or corporate transformation

The Role

• We are looking for an Associate to work with senior consultants and client leadership on complex business challenges, growth strategies and business transformation.
• You will work on high-impact engagements across industries and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on strategy engagements across industries and business functions.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and financial analysis.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex client problems.
• Prepare presentations and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate transformation or related functions.
• MBA from a leading business school preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Must Haves:

• Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments.
