The Opportunity
We are looking for three exceptional technical graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Program. While you will all join as part of the same cohort and share some foundational training, we are looking for specialists to drive three distinct areas of our technical roadmap.
Requirements
One Program, Three Paths

Role 1
Focus Area: Cloud App Developer (VBCS, APEX, OCI)
Core Responsibilities: Build custom Apps, extensions and accelerators within Oracle Cloud environments
Skills: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, PL/SQL basics, Forms and Interactive reports, Understanding of IAM, Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular/React
Role 2
Focus Area: Integration Engineer (OIC Focused)
Core Responsibilities: Provide integration capability around OIC, Fusion, OFS and other Oracle solutions.
Skills: TREST & SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, XSLT basics, JavaScript, SQL, Error handling & Monitoring
Role 3
Focus Area: Support Analyst (Techno Functional)
Core Responsibilities: Supporting existing Oracle Cloud Solutions, Manage enhancements, Analytics and integration
Skills: Basic SQL, PHP, JavaScript, REST API fundamentals, Understanding of source control, object oriented programming and experience with web development.
What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)
Regardless of the Role, all candidates must possess:
Educational Background: A recent or upcoming undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM field.
Technical Curiosity: A demonstrated passion for technology, shown through GitHub repositories, side projects, or hackathon involvement.
Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to break down complex problems into logical, actionable steps.
Communication: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
